Home Preservation/Home Rehab Volunteering Opportunities this Spring
Right now we have a new Home Rehab in Tobyhanna (Pocono Farms East). We will have a Team of Volunteers every Wednesday and Saturday until completion of the Project. Please see our Story with Channel 13 below.

With a Team of Volunteers with your Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Church, you will be able to pick a date this coming Spring. I can also coordinate with you for Home Preservation Projects 2 weeks prior to the date. Generally, the Home Preservation Project is around the Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Mt Pocono area.

                                    Monroe County Habitat For Humanity Volunteering Information
*Individuals or organizations can sign up either on our Web Site www.habitatmc.org or calling our office (570) 216-4390.
*It is mandatory that everyone signs a Release, Waiver, Sex Offender Registry Check Policy and provide a copy of their Photo ID.
*You must be 16 or older to volunteer.
*Anyone under 18 must have a parent sign a release.
*We normally work on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
*Organizations can arrange other days to volunteer with the Volunteer Coordinator. 
*You can sign up for opportunities this week or schedule in advance.
*All volunteers need to wear leather shoes and long pants. You can bring your own gloves if you have them. Everything else will be supplied.
*Any experience level is appreciated. Training by the supervisor is provided.
*And most of all, have fun while helping our neighbors with a hand up.
