Holy Trinity Signs

Holy Trinity Signs

**Announcement**
Reminder to Write Testimonial Letter for Returning Our Holy Trinity Road Signs

Some of you may remember blue and white signs located on Chipperfield Drive that advertised our parish. They may have read Holy Trinity Orthodox Church or Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Church. These signs are no longer on Chipperfield.

HOW YOU CAN HELP GET THE SIGNS BACK

PHOTOS OR RECORDS
Stroud Township is willing to hear our case for returning those signs. As a part of the process, they asked us to provide any documentation that might verify their prior existence. This would include pictures or records indicating any documentation that might verify their prior existence.
.
Please see Father Nicholas if you have any such documents.

LETTERS OR TESTIMONIALS
If you remember the signs and their locations, as well as any information pertaining to their demise, you can write a simple letter such as this:

Letter Template to Stroud Township:

September 26, 2016

To whom it may concern:

My name is ____________. I have been a parishioner of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church on 1501 Trinity Court, Stroudsburg, PA since ________.

This letter is to testify to the previous existence of three (3) signs reading ‘’Holy Trinity Orthodox Church’’ which were located in the following places:

1. In front of the current Public Library facing Route 611
2. At the bottom of Trinity Court – road to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church.
3. On Route 191.

To my knowledge, these 3 signs were removed because of:

1. 611 - Construction
2. Trinity Court - snow plow
3. On Route 191 - Traffic accident?

Thank you for the opportunity to make this testimony and for considering the request of Holy Orthodox Church to have the return of these signs. Please contact me if you would like further information concerning this matter.

Sincerely,

__________

and mail to:

or give it to Father Nicholas this week.

Thank you and God Bless You!
