Food for the Soul Book Study @ Holy Cross 8/2 @ 5:30 PM

Adult Religious Formation -- We will continue these next two months to hold our “Food for the Soul” potlock/discussion once a month on Wednesday night after the Paraklesis service to the Theotokos which begins at 5pm on August 2nd. Since our Lenten talk series had a wonderful book which we studied, entitled Bread & Water, Wine & Oil we have decided to continue to read out of this book as the basis for our discussions along with showing a short clip of a talk or movie from an Orthodox Christian writer or artist to generate thought and comment, as well. We will also continue to have a fast-worthy potluck meal, “breaking bread” with one another as we also share spiritual food.
