The Mother of God and The Saints Icon Exhibit Dec. 10-13th

The Mother of God and The Saints Icon Exhibit Dec. 10-13th

Our parish will host this exhibit of Icons and invite the public to share in this rich and spiritually inspiring treasure of our Orthodox Tradition. On Friday, Dec. 11th, we will be displaying the Myrrh-Streaming Icon of St. Anna, from St. Tikhon's Monastery, for public veneration and an Akathist Service at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, Dec. 12th, Sister Anna, from Saint Elizabeth Monastery in Belarus, will provide an art workshop to the public and share how the monastery uses art therapy to minister to the mentally and emotionally ill. Artwork will be available for purchase and the proceeds will support the ministries of the monastery.

Hours: Thursday 12/10: 6-8 pm, Friday 12/11: 5-8 pm, Saturday 12/12: 1-4 pm, and Sunday 12/13: 1-3 pm
